Kosciuszko
National Park Kosciuszko is one of
the most known and appreciated national
parks in Australia, attracting some 3,000,000
visitors each year. The park is named
after Mount Kosciuszko, which is 2228
metres being Australia's highest mountain.
The park is approximately 150 kilometres
in long, running from the Victorian border
to the west of the Namadgi National Park.
It is the largest park in New South Wales
and the Australian Alps at 690,000 hectares
